Terms and Conditions for Pariganakaya Awareness Program

 

1. Program Description

 

1.1 The Pariganakaya Awareness Program (the “Program”) is organized and administered by Pubudu Siriwansa (the “Organizer”).

1.2 The Program aims to educate and empower participants with essential computer skills and knowledge.

1.3 The Program may include workshops, seminars, training sessions, online courses, and other educational activities.

2. Participant Eligibility

 

2.1 The Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

    18 years or older

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to determine eligibility and to refuse participation at its discretion.

3. Registration and Fees

 

3.1 Participants must register for the Program through the designated registration process.

3.2 The Program may be offered free of charge or for a fee, as specified by the Organizer.

3.3 If applicable, fees must be paid in full before the start of the Program.

 

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Participants agree to:

Attend all scheduled sessions of the Program, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Organizer.

Actively participate in the Program’s activities.

Respect the rights and opinions of other participants and the Organizer’s staff.

Abide by the rules and regulations of the Program venue(s).

Use any provided equipment or resources responsibly and in accordance with instructions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials and content presented during the Program, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and software, are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its licensors.

5.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without the express written consent of the Organizer.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

 

6.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by participants during or as a result of their participation in the Program.

6.2 Participants acknowledge that they participate in the Program at their own risk.

6.3 The Organizer makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcomes of the Program.

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program at any time.

7.2 If the Program is cancelled, participants will be notified and eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

7.3 If a participant cancels their registration before the start of the Program, they may be eligible for a partial or full refund, as determined by the Organizer’s refund policy.

8. Governing Law

 

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Srilanka.

9. Acceptance of Terms

 

9.1 By registering for the Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
