We want you to be completely satisfied with your digital awareness learning experience.  If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return options:

 

Printed Books:

 

Return within 3 days of delivery: You may return your printed book within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund. The book must be in its original condition.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

E-books:

 

Refund within 3 days of purchase: You may request a refund for your e-book within 3 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content.

Refund processing: Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Online/Physical Classes:

 

No refunds for classes: Classes, whether online or physical, are non-refundable due to their interactive nature and the immediate access to instruction provided upon purchase.

 

How to Request a Return:

 

Contact us: Email us at mail@pariganakaya. with your order number and reason for return.

Return instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your printed book (if applicable).

 

Additional Information:

 

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or defective books: If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Pariganakaya: If you purchased our books or classes from a third-party retailer, their return policy will apply.
